Northwest Fitness Games is unbelievably proud to announce the fifth consecutive year of one of the Northwest’s most memorable fitness events, the ROGUE RAMPAGE™! We have partnered with Rogue Brewery once more, along with the City of Monmouth, to bring this one-of-a-kind competition to the local Crossfit community, at a brand new venue in 2019!  Firehouse CrossFit in Monmouth.

The ROGUE RAMPAGE™ is open to all level of athletes. All athletes are encouraged to familiarize themselves with different fitness domains; more specifically to have some exposure to functional-fitness-style  workouts and powerlifting. The Rx division includes all powerlifting, bodyweight, and gymnastic movements. The Scaled division will include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Rx. All athletes will be required to sign a waiver.

Cost
o Teams of 4: $440 per team until July 1st; price increases to $480 per team.
o Teams of 2: $220 per team until July 1st; price increases to $240 per team.
o 3-4 competition workouts + finals for top teams
o ROGUE RAMPAGE t-shirt

Spectators—Important Information
o There is no admission cost to attend the ROGUE RAMPAGE™.
o Information for parking for the ROGUE RAMPAGE™ will be provided via our Facebook page, as well as the athlete letter, in the weeks leading up to the event.
o The setup for this event will involve outdoor spectator venues and will occur in the month of August. We expect very hot and dry weather. Please dress accordingly.
o There are expected to be multiple vendors in attendance. Bring your cash/credit-cards!
o Food and drinks will be available via multiple food vendors, local restaurants & taphouses.  Rogue Brewery will be the only brewery on-site to sell beverages!

The GOBBLER GAUNTLET will once again test you in a variety of ways…how fast can you run a 400m holding a turkey?  What’s the farthest you can throw a pumpkin pie?  How much stuffing can you eat in 1 minute?  Ok, so literally none of these things are going to happen…or will they? 😉  Join us for the premier three-person team event hosted at the 48,000 sq.ft. Jackman-Long building at the Oregon State Fairgrounds!  We will have a blast, crush some WODs, and find out once again which team is the Gobbler Gauntlet champion!

The Scaled division will include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Rx.  All athletes will be required to sign a waiver.

  • $265 per team* (discounted to $225 until Sept. 15th)

    • 4 competition workouts + finals for top teams

Prizes

For the first time we are adding several really cool items from Rogue Fitness to raffle to any participating athlete. This includes an ES-1 rack, Rogue bar, Rings, Kettlebells, Jump Ropes and maybe more. This is our way of saying thank you to all the athletes for making our events so popular!

Cash for winners:

  • First Place: $500*
  • Second Place: $350*
  • Third Place: $225*
  • =  Cash prizes contingent upon 400 athlete participation (which we will get) and ONLY FOR Rx TEAMS.

Spectators—Important Information

  • There is no admission cost to attend the GOBBLER GAUNTLETtm.
  • Parking for the GOBBLER GAUNLETtm must be in the parking lot at the Oregon State Fairgrounds, there may be a small fee for parking.
  • The setup for this event will be 100% indoors, with heat.
  • There are expected to be vendors in attendance.  Bring your cash/credit-cards!
  • The Oregon State Fairgrounds will be serving food and we will attempt to provide adult beverages as well.

The SUMMER SLAMMER is open to all level of athletes over the age of 18.  All athletes are encouraged to familiarize themselves with different fitness domains; more specifically to have some exposure to CrossFit-style workouts and powerlifting.  The Rx division includes all powerlifting, bodyweight, and gymnastic movements.  The Scaled division will include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Rx.  All athletes will be required to sign a waiver.

 

The 2014 Summer Slammer hosted by McMinnville CrossFit IMUA brings you the “David & Goliath” team competition, the first of its kind. Like to lift a lot but hate running? Grab your speedster friend.  Can you bust out unlimited pull-ups but can’t clean your body weight?  Grab your Yeti buddy and sign up! These team WODs will have big, heavy weights paired with gymnastics and met cons! But don’t worry, the Goliaths will lift, the David’s will run!

 

Cost:

$65 Individual

$120 for teams

Cost includes 3 to 4 workouts plus finals.
