The DESCHUTES DEMOLITIONtm is open to all level of athletes over the age of 18. All athletes are encouraged to familiarize themselves with different fitness domains; more specifically to have some exposure to CrossFit-style workouts and powerlifting. The Rx division includes all powerlifting, bodyweight, and gymnastic movements. The Scaled division will include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Rx. All athletes will be required to sign a waiver.

Cost

$199 per team until May 1st; price increases to $229 per team at midnight on May 2nd.*

3-4 competition workouts + finals for top teams

Northwest Fitness Games is proud to bring our second-ever individual-only event. In addition, we are excited to announce that this event will be held alongside the Rogue Rampage event in Monmouth, Oregon at FireHouse CrossFit.  Get yourself signed up AND your kid for what promises to be an epic event. The CAPITAL CITY THROWDOWN™ is open to all level of athletes over the age of 10. All athletes are encouraged to familiarize themselves with different fitness domains; more specifically to have some exposure to CrossFit-style workouts and powerlifting. The Rx division includes all powerlifting, bodyweight, and gymnastic movements. The Scaled division will include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Rx. The Novice division is for athletes who have been Crossfitting less than 6 months and/or athletes who are apprehensive about their first competition. The Masters division requires the competitor to be 40 years old or older during the 2019 calendar year. The Pre-Teen and Teen division have definitive age ranges listed above. All athletes will be required to sign a waiver. For the Pre-Teen and Teen divisions, a parent/guardian must sign the waiver and remain ON SITE during the competition.

Cost
o $95 per athlete until March 15th, $125 after that ($85 for kids divisions).
o Fee includes
o 3-4 competition workouts + finals for top 3 teams in each division (except Novice/Pre-Teen/Teen)

The SLAUGHTERFEST™ is now open to all level of athletes from ages 10 and up. 16 and 17 year olds may participate in the scaled division. The RX division is open to all athletes 18 and up. All athletes are encouraged to familiarize themselves with different fitness domains; more specifically to have some exposure to CrossFit-style workouts and powerlifting. The Rx division includes all powerlifting, bodyweight, and gymnastic movements. The Scaled division will include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Rx. All athletes will be required to sign a waiver.

* Masters Division Update!! We are changing the masters age requirements from 40+ per athlete to 75+ for the whole team of 2. However, there cannot be anyone younger than 30 years old on the team. Be prepared to bring photo ID to the event as that will be needed at registration. Same for the team of 4, but double the total age to 150 with nobody younger than 30.

Cost
– 2 Person Teams:
o $195 per team until March 1st; $235 after
o TEEN and YOUTH PRICES: $160 per team

– 4 Person Teams (Rx, Scaled, Masters Only):
o $390 per team until March 1st; $450 after

Vendors—Important Information

We have some cool packages for vendors. Get a booth space and access to hundreds of local clients, or also get your logo on the Tshirts that will circulate in Oregon, Washington, and Utah. Talk about a wide distribution! At only $500 for a booth and a spot on the competition shirts this is a great way to keep your brand relevant and in front of many potential clients.

Third annual Track Town Smack Down is open to all level of athletes over the age of 18. Athletes are encouraged to familiarize themselves with different fitness domains; more specifically to have some exposure to CrossFit-style workouts and powerlifting.  The Rx division includes all powerlifting, bodyweight, and gymnastic movements.  We will not program muscle ups in regular competition, however they have shown up in finals. Master’s division is a hybrid of Rx and scaled weights and movements. The Scaled division will include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Rx.  All athletes will be required to sign a waiver.

Cost
o $300 per team* (discounted to $225 until Jan 7th, Novice is $195)
o Fee includes
– 3 or 4 competition workouts + finals for top teams
– Track Town Smack Down attire (t-shirt for men/tank for ladies)
o Entry fee cannot be refunded, but it can be transferred to another individual or receive credit up to 2 weeks before the event.

Prizes
Cash for winners:
o First Place: $300 + Trophy
o Second Place: $200 + Trophy
o Third Place: $100 + Trophy
o Cash prizes contingent upon 300 athlete participation and ONLY FOR Rx TEAMS.

Price is per team. One person registers! Let us know the names and shirt sizes of the other two people on the registration form! Shirts are men’s and ladies style, not unisex.

o The setup for this event will be 100% indoors, but plan to bring lawn chairs for the athlete camp.

For the Oregon Gobbler, join us for the original and premier three-person team event hosted this year at the 60,000 sq. ft. PAVILION at the Oregon State Fairgrounds! For the Washington Gobbler, we will be hosting the event at the Washington State Fairgrounds Agriplex! We will once again have a blast, crush some WODs, and find out once again which team is the Gobbler Gauntlet champion!
