Vendors

OUR EVENTS:

– Being a vendor or sponsor at our events gives you access to all the crazy fitness people that you want to see your products!
– Costs vary depending of the event size
– Small events expect 300 people in house (athletes, volunteers, spectators)
– Large events expect 500 people in house (athletes, volunteers, spectators)
– Vendor fees are non-refundable

FEES:

– Rogue Rampage & Gobbler Gauntlet Events— $300
– Other smaller events— $200

WAIVERS:

All vendors, and their employees/workers, are required to sign the following event waiver (provided by Project Fitness™ at event venue) prior to setup:

“I, the undersigned, understand that Project Fitness™ and/or NW Fit Games™, as a whole and/or any of its officers, shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, unaccounted for or stolen items.  I also agree to not hold Project Fitness™ and/or NW Fit Games™ and/or any of its officers responsible for any injury, accident, and/or accidental death to myself and/or any member of my staff that may result from my (and/or my staff’s) attendance in any Project Fitness™ and/or NW Fit Games™ hosted event or program.  I further understand that I am attending any and all Project Fitness™ and/or NW Fit Games™ hosted events of my own free will and agree to hold Project Fitness™ and/or NW Fit Events harmless in any regard.  I agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined by Project Fitness™ and/or NW Fit Games™ in the vendor application and further understand that I may incur various fees if I do not abide by these rules.”
