Your team member can be from an older division but not younger. For example a 34 year old male and a 44 year old male CAN compete as a team in the 30-34 division but NOT in the 40-44 division.

The RELIC RUMBLEtm is open to all level of athletes over the age of 30 years old. This is a masters only competition with the same age defined divisions as the CrossFit Games Open, with the addition of a 30-34 division! All athletes will be required to sign a waiver. Your age at the time of the competition is your competition age.

You may be past your prime… but you’re “not dead yet”. The inaugural Relic Rumble is a masters only competition where age is just a number and you compete on a level playing field with athletes in your age division. There are no scaled, Rx, or other skill based divisions… only age. Movements are modified within the WOD and the best relic wins!

Load up on apple sauce, get your favorite sweater ironed, and we’ll be done by 4p for dinner! see you there-

This event is brought to you by Depends brand adult sanitary products and AARP. Its the perfect excuse to tell everyone all about your aliments and how in your day running on “Murph” was uphill both ways. But seriously, lets have fun and celebrate what our bodies can do at any age!
